Love & Sex: Second Base is a dating game that allows you to do all of this by building your stats, getting to know your conquests and rewarding the player for the work they put in to win their hearts, growing as your character improves with time and experience.

its ok... not one of the better visuals ive read, the dialogue is there, some of it good some really stupid. guess its as far as these go an average ok. biggest gripe is its so complicated and over the top, cant access gallery unless you put in 1000 hours. kind of trash tbh, starts feeling like its more of a job than a damn game. honestly there is way better visual novels out there with adult themes that dont make it a second job.
The idea of hooking up with every pretty woman you meet in town is definitely one of my fantasies. You have to figure out the right conversations or do the right things to hook up with each woman. It's fun to figure out what each needs. There's also a few moments that made me chuckle. They each have different fun personalities, like the hot gamer girl, the sarcastic rocker, the hot coworker, the hot boss, your ex, the sexy prudish church woman, etc. There are a few issues with the game, which is why I didn't give it five stars. The icons aren't always clear as to what they mean. The love and submissive icons make sense but some of the others are not clear. There should be a key explaining each, or if you highlight the icon it states what it is. The game also doesn't like you sleeping around with multiple women, they get mad and storm off if you meet with the same women in the same room. There should be an option if you haven't commited yourself to any of the women, where the women don't leave if you've slept with the roommate, band mate, or gym mate. I haven't seen an orgy option yet, which I'm surprised by. There have been some threesome options though. Oh and it would be nice if more of the women moaned during sex or have some more voice acting during it. Though I imagine that's more expensive to hire actresses for that. The game is also a bit buggy. Characters you've met don't always appear in the town, one character Audrey has totally disappeared from my game and I haven't completed her story, sometimes reloading during a date, your date will disappear, making it difficult to finish the date correctly, and lastly not sure if it's my computer but I can only save 1 page of save files. I know that I've saved a lot more, but it won't allow you to load a further back scenario. But overall I'm enjoying the game. There are so many women you can meet, and discovering how to connect with each one is pretty fun. Also learning about each women is fun as well.
Summary: An adult dating sim built on renpy with time and resources management mechanics, good story and characters, and a piece of music that has no business being that good.
PROS
+ The deathless harpies battle of the bands song is simply too good to be in a renpy game.
+ In depth characterization with clear defined, well laid out personalities.
+ A cohesive story that ties together both the mechanics and the characters.
+ Appealing characters that are presented to you in a proper "show, don't tell" way, with good voice acting.
+ An ingame cheat and hints system to cater to every player's preference.
CONS
- A handful of very violent situations that frankly detract from the overall feel of the game and are completely outside the tone of the rest of the game.
- Infrequently there are situations where the choices do not really fit the character, or where there is no choice at all.
- Once you marry someone, the game ends. This is not explicitly stated anywhere. It would not be a serious problem, except that you can be proposed to and accidentally end your playthrough by accepting, forcing you to load a previous save, or worse, restart the playthrough.
- Without using the cheat and hints system, sometimes things are grindy and random.
Subjective opinion: Recommend strongly. There is a large amount of content here that is worth experiencing, the gameplay, the story and the characters complement one another, and this is simply a game that should not overlooked just because it is aimed at a mature audience. I also suggest you do not feel guilty about cheating or checking the hints to find out what you need to do if you find yourself stuck. Oh, and get the supporter pack for the awesome song ;)
Its an incredible huge game with a lot of girls, about 20-30 i think and every single one of them is freaking hot. there is a lot of stuff to do with the choices and paths.
In fact so much that a single playthough isnt enough to see everything. With the amount of content you need a lot of Money and thats a HUUUUUGE grind.
the best car for example is 20k and you can earn ~700 $ a day if you do NOTHING else than work. so you could theoretically grind it it out in in one ingame season like a real workaholic.
you just never have enough money. but the grind is enjoyable because of the amount of content.
