Might be a decent game
BUT... Can't even get to see the game because I don't know obscure pop culture trivia. What a stupid age verification check. I don't know why Beautiful South split up, I don't care about football, let alone know who scored what 25 years ago. Uninstalled. Want my money back

Larry Reborn
One of the first things you’ll notice is a squeaky clean interface. Very Deponia. Everything feels really solid and intuitive. The artwork is very crisp, clean, and colorful. I didn’t think much of the art in the previews to be honest, but in the actual game, it really shines. The puzzle design is your standard adventure game fair. Pick up objects with left click, ‘look at’ with the right. Using and combining items feels very natural. Drag and drop. Some adventure games overcomplicate this aspect. This game gets it right. The story is quite good. Larry get’s transported into the present day and runs into the more absurd aspects of our modern society. Some of the dialogue options are a little less that excellent. Still, all in all, it’s very enjoyable. All the voice actors do a fine job. There are a few other minor issues here and there. Nothing major. It was fun to see the age verification questions back in the beginning. Although, some of the questions were a little too ‘help me google.’ One area where I am going to ding the game is the price. $30 is on the high side for an adventure game these days. $25 would have been better. Next to Al Lowe himself, I can’t imagine anyone making a better Larry game. Certainly, better than Larry Reloaded in my opinion. If you’re a fan of p&c adventure games, you should get this game. It’s a lot of fun.

An enjoyable game
I just finished the game and thought i give my review. All in all i really enjoyed it! The story was enjoyable and the puzzles were (almost all) logical and made sense. The humor was good and gave a few laughs along the way. Fair word of warning though: If you're one of the younger gamers out there you might have trouble with some of the puzzles.

I really enjoyed it!
I grew up playing LSL ever since the original 1987 release. I didn't even know there was a reboot of the series until it popped up on a GOG sale. I really enjoyed it! I found it much better than the previous couple titles. There were more than a few laughs to be had and I liked the modern twist. I found the game to be fairly tame, but roughly in line with the original. Some content will likely offend some players, but what LSL game doesn't? Some of the puzzles did get a bit repetitive, running from A to B and back to A, but part of that is just the way adventure games are. There were no "quick time events" which was appreciated. Overall, I would recommend it and found it to be a worthy title.
