Let the user beware
It's bizarre these didn't come with the game, like they did on the Steam release. Many of these DLCs are fairly unbalanced, but let me address a few in particular. The emergency aid plan pack contains some anti-grinding features which I recommend. Just don't leave them on all the time. The experience multiplier, in particular, will trivialize the game. Many of the DLC characters, but particularly Histoire and her analogs, start with extremely strong gear for that part of the game. The non-DLC characters eventually catch up to the rest of the DLC characters in gear. If you know about the balance issues, you can play around them so that it doesn't destroy your game experience. Much of the added content is for the endgame, and won't unlock until the final chapter of the True End. I wouldn't consider this an essential purchase, but an indifferent one.
