Богатый арсенал оружия и устройств дает широчайшие возможности и позволяет реализовать практически любой план. Однако вашими главными козырями по-прежнему остаются скрытность и мастерство обмана, а их за деньги не купишь. Что вы делаете и как вы это делаете – зависит целиком от вас, для клиента главное, чтобы цель была ликвидирована.

Much better than the prequel, but a few annoying quirks keep it from 5-stardom. Stealth-takedowns on moving targets are still impossible (grr) and your objectives are sometimes a little vague, but for the most part the game is very rewarding if you can stomach the trial-and-error nature of it. The endgame suffers from naff level design (as with the prequel) but the game's strengths pull it through.
Top tip: Take the time to ace the very first level, and your reward will make the rest of the game that much easier.
This is another "must have" of the entire Hitman series at this moment (the other ones being Hitman: Agent 47, Hitman: Contracts and Hitman: Blood Money). Great story, gameplay, soundtrack and a exciting climatic ending. You will never regret about this game franchise. In fact, you will love it!
This is definitely one of my top 5 games - the story was very engaging, the maps were enormous back then and the limitless possibilities of reaching the target boosted the replayability to a limitless time. And OH MY GOD the soundtrack! Jesper Kyd became my all time favourite composer, especially when I learnt that he didn't use any of the ethnic instruments to compose a 'native-sounding' soundtrack (check the violins and flute parts of the Japan missions tracks). As for the graphics - I'm used to such games, so they appear 'normal' to me, but the physics of the tie and the capes that are on the maps still impress me till this day.
Overall - this is one of those journeys that you'll never forget.
Hitman 2: Silent Assassin is where this series really started coming into its own. The game was a monumental step forward for the franchise after Codename 47, releasing on both consoles and PC, and generating a huge amount of critical and commercial success which propelled the series into the mainstream. The storyline here is probably the best in the entire series, and is the main driving focus for completing the game. Also, let's talk about that soundtrack. Jesper Kyd really knocked it out of the ballpark with this one, creating the best Hitman soundtrack of the franchise. The main menu theme alone is worthy of the greatest praise. The levels this time around are both great fun and some of the most frustrating in the entire series. While the gameplay has seen several improvements over Codename 47, the AI is still very awkward. If you even so much as look at wandering guards wrong, they'll open fire on you. This can lead to very trial and error gameplay instead of the experimentation seen in Contracts and Blood Money. There are a few standout missions in the game, and the good does outweigh the bad, but the AI quirks and general trial and error puzzles keep this game from reaching the heights of the two sequels following it. Graphically the game looks pretty good for its time, and it's a huge step up from Codename 47 in every way with its presentation. There's a staggering amount of weapons to obtain, and using the cheats to obtain all of them and going on a murdering spree is surprisingly more fun in this game than any other Hitman in my opinion. Overall, it's a very solid Hitman game, and, if not for its sequels, would have been more fondly remembered if they didn't improve even more upon the formula.
