Game is utterly broken
Don't buy this; game mouse freezes at menu screen. Another fail by gog.

It's a VERY VERY SHORT version
WARNING: It's a VERY VERY SHORT version of the original game, I feel scamed. Sadly I noticed too late (I don't have time to wasting it playing games all time!), so Gog answer that NO REFUND, too many time spent after ask for it. TIP: if you buy a game, try it same day to ask for a refund ASAP if necessary.

Aged really badly...
This game really sucks tbh, there are so many keybinds to remember which really doesn't make sense since the core of the game is just a ww2 shooter. I'd recommend the medal of honour games on GoG over this, their singleplayers are much more simple and much more fun. Idk if you like these kind of dry military simulators you'd love this game but idk it's definetly not for me at least

Not What I Expected
I saw all the glowing reviews and decided to buy it. I realize its an old game, but trusted the reviewers critiques. I was highly disappointed. I am not returning to this game. It holds no nostalgic sway over me. I am completely new to this franchise. If I remember corrrectly the game is very linear. In fact it reminds me of the games I played on the ancient nintendo and sega console systems in the 90s. Move to sector A complete task move to sector B complete task. Oh, you have a time limit on this mission hurry up! The combat was OK but lacking. The mechanics of the bazooka or similar weapons were wonky. For instance I hit a armored car or light armored vehicle from behind multiple times and had zero effect. It was only till I learned you had to hit a specific point did I destroy it. Apparenty it has a small zone which results in a kill. Any other locations is for no effect. It struck me as unrealistic and dumb. I just got tired of the formulaic makeup of the game and quit before finishing it. It went something like: face impossible odds die and return to the start to try again. Then after scouting the map with a bunch of deaths you can finish the mission. Its 2020 and the game has not aged well. If you can overlook dated graphics, clunky gameplay a cliche linear story and console style gameplay then Id say buy it if not pass on it.
