Finally, this game has future

Disregard what the nostalgia stricken idiots are saying: this version is far superior to the previous one. The graphics, the gameplay, all of it is better. It is a different game than the one I played for 130h, for sure, but that one had no future. This one does. Give it a try. You will have a good deck by the end of the week (or even just 2 days) and a full collection in 2-4 months without paying a dime. Which is far better than many other card games. And that's saying nothing of the gameplay. Let the naysayers go spend 50$ on making a good deck in Artifact. This one is where it's at

HC is not better not worse, just changed

Old Gwent had a broken core and tried to get ride of it. They fail and succeed at the same time. Many people like it and many are disapointed. If you never played old Gwent then every single word about change don't concern you. So just try the game by yourself.

Not as fun as it used to be...

After the Homecoming update the game lost everything interesting it had. The siege row got removed and lost the feeling of 2 armies clashing. Fun and interesting cards got changed into boring deal X damage. Mulligan tied to leaders which makes low mulligan leaders bad by default. Strategic passing and card advantage gone. After 1.5 of beta testing the old Gwent version, they changed whole game and released this joke untested...
