Now fully rebuilt and remastered, Guild of Dungeoneering Ultimate Edition is a turn-based dungeon crawler with a twist: instead of controlling the hero you build the dungeon around them. Using cards drawn from your Guild decks, you lay down rooms, monsters, traps and of course loot! Meanwhile your hero is making their own decisions on where to go and what to fight. But will they be strong enough to take on the deepest dungeons? In between dungeon runs you manage your Guild, building new rooms to attract new classes of adventurer and expand your decks of cards with more powerful items.


  • Bigger and better than ever, all content from Pirates Cove and Ice Cream Headaches is now included in the game for FREE! Not to mention new classes, new monsters, new quests and new chests full of loot.
  • Customise your dungeoneers like never before with dozens of new hairstyles and accessories, as well as new victory traits to help them survive that little bit longer among the dangers you throw at them.

I AINT BOVVERED

It lacks some battle music but I'm enjoying this game. Is not as simple and easy as it may appear and can be frustrating some times (dying at the same time as that dungeon boss). Of course it's full of easter eggs, parodies, the narrator mocks you if your adventurers die and a class whose speech and attacks are based on Lauren Cooper.

Nice Change from the usual Roguelikes

Great concept, great game! Definitely a nice change from the standard Roguelike fare. Just 1 nitpick: It doesnt work too well on Win8.1 touchscreen devices, there is no way to get it to mouseover.

Avoid even for free

Boredom. Everything decided by random, brains won't help, just replay until you get lucky. No modern graphic. The only good thing is soundtrack, yet it is way to limited. Developers even were lazy to make easy access to quit game button, for this you have to go options > main menu, options > quit game.

BUG FOR TOTAL GOLD!

Buyers BEWARE! Right now theres a bug where you cant see your total gold for upgrading your guild! You use gold, earned from adventures and completing them, tom get more classes and trinkets. I would avoid this title. Right Ive posted a question about it. Been about 2 hrs since this review and no answer. Buy at your own discretion.
