This sequel isn't quite up to the same tempo as the first game, but Figment 2: Creed Valley is still a fun musical adventure for both young and older players. If you're looking for a charming co-op that's kid-friendly, Figment 2 is a great recommendation.

Figment 2 stands as a competent and creative action puzzle game with a lot of heart. Though it feels rather short, it's clear that a lot of thought and care went into making this charming world. Satisfying puzzles and excellent presentation are a big draw here, though they're let down by simplistic combat and undeniably rough, gameplay-affecting performance on Switch. We'll keep our fingers crossed for patches, and we'd still give Figment 2 a recommendation, though you may want to wait for this one to go on sale.

Great sequel but I miss the soundtrack

I recently finished Figment 2 on my Xbox and I was positively surprised. The first game was good but but not without flaws and the sequel is essentially an improvement in all relevant areas. Fighting enemies is still a rather simple affair and the game very rarely gets challenging but it's still an entertaining journey. The game is all about overcoming mental challenges, usually nightmares, that manifest themselves as comical figures (usually monster-like). The visual style is cute and well made but the highlight of the show is the soundtrack that sets the tone very well. Sadly, GOG lacks the soundtrack and that is a major dissapointment - this is otherwise a very accomplished release that I fully recommend. The story lacks the serious emotional side that the first game had (towards the end) but besides this minor flaw, it's a solid gem!

Very entertaining

After first part tried and played it with my little boys and music, bosses and puzzles are still very entertaining. We played it multiple times same as first part. We also loved the ability to play with a bird as second player.

Short adventure game with a good story

Good story and bosses. Felt a bit shorter than the first though. The memories are a nice touch, but the open/closed mind puzzles could've been more fleshed out. Still, very enjoyable if you like linear adventure games.
