Fun Challenging platromer
Veryt cute artsyle combines with a tight challenging gameplay, whe you die you instantly teleport to the last save point without losing anything, dying is part of the game and the game is very satisfying and never frustrating thanks to the way you instantly respawn! 10/10 vey nice

Cute, but very frustrating
I adore the concept behind this, but the execution is so, *so* lacking. The level designs are fairly boring right from the start, and only feel *more* barren the further along I went. The combat is awkward at best, but the boss fights are pure misery. They follow all-too-familiar templates of boss fights from '90s platformers. This would be forgiveable if this game was released in the 2000s, but it came out in 2019. (Speaking of dated, the artwork, while pretty, feels like something from a late 2000s Flash game.) I confess I did not get far into this game before it wore me down. I could only recommend this to someone who really *really* likes punishing, old-school platformers.

Main menu broken on M2 Mac
If you load the game on an M2 Mac you will not see the main menu. I could find options for remapping controls, but not one for audio/video. I was able to play a bit of the game by getting lucky and eventually clicking the "New Game" button. Game loop is OK and the art style is great. Biggest problem is the jump. Besides making a very annoying "hiss" sound your character will ONLY jump to full height if you FULLY press your jump button. You might think this is silly as we've had progressive jumps since Mariom but there is ZERO leeway. If you didn't press your jump key ALL THE WAY down then your character will not jump to their full height. In a game with what looks like significant platforming sections this is a huge downside. Give this game a shot if you have Windows and see it on sale. Otherwise don't waste your time.

if you could jump just a little higher
at first the game seemed pretty "casual" to me, the combat isn´t really a challenge, as soon as you know the one or two tactics for each enemy, you get enough xp(except for the beginning) and money isn´t a problem either. there are plenty of savepoints, you find supply crates, when you need an item and chests with equippment or money are also not rare to find. the main problem and the reason, i stopped playing at some point is, that there are places, where you can barely jump high enough and sometimes you can´t jump high enough at all, even if you try to glitch yourself up by attacking up or to the side at the right moment, which makes you fly into the air a little higher. i won´t talk about the other problems this game has, because the passages, where you can´t jump high enough are allready enough to not recommend the game.
