Bit of a pain
Love this game to bit's (despite it's MANY fault's) trying to mod it is a headache less so on GOG thankfully but still a pain.

Works well but needs clean save to work.
By clean save I mean totally vanilla: no mods or previously installed mods on a save else the game crashes after a few minutes. Did not test fallout london yet as it is a little bit on the heavy side for my setup still. Good game.

Definitely worth it!
As a longtime Fallout fan, I really enjoy this game. modding is interesting and really lets you keep your favorite weapons relevant.

Loading times are ruining it.
I am aware that mods can be used to "fix" the long loading times, but this should have never been an issue on a new pc. Spending money to replay an old game is only worth it if the game is playable. Literally 25% of my play time is from loading screens on this download version. I never had any problem in the last 3 versions I purchased over the years.
