Hidden gem
This is a great game. TLDR: this is a "we have Zelda at home" game, of you enjoy good combat combined with a lot of exploration, you'll be right at home. I own this on steam and I have to say this is a great little game. It's action combat is very well made. While Nothing innovative in terms of the melee combat (you have your standard block\parry\dodge and combos), where the game truly shines is the spell system. I haven't finished it so I don't know every spell, but some examples are using ice to make paths for you to walk on or solve puzzles. Then you have the really cool "force throw" you can do on almost all objects in the game (including some enemies!), you have a black hole type spell to draw enemies in and spam them etc. Another cool feature is the zelda-esque climbing mechanic, where you can grab onto big enemies and reach weakspots. So yeah, very fun overall. Another really good part of the game is the lore. The game has very deep lore that's displayed by talking to your companions in base. Story seems alright (so far) as well and voice acting is quite good. The only problem is the game has a very soft, no stakes type of story feel. You know like most games nowadays, no one dies , you're never in danger, you get attacked by a dragon and somehow survive. That type of thing. I recommended it since it's nowhere near 60 bucks. I thinks it's definitely worth it especially with the sale. if you like Zelda you'll like this too.
