Amazing old school gem made even better.
Update: Hellfire expansion has been added to this now which greatly increases the replay value of the game! I daresay makes the game even fresh as many never experienced playing through the expansion levels and just beat the base game. The best part though, Hellfire has difficulty levels on SINGLEPLAYER! Additionally there are 2 new classes, monk & bard (hidden class).

Awesome Game
Diablo 1 is bloody epic! Anyone who is a fan of 2D hack and slash games MUST get this! So when are we gonna get Diablo 2?

As good as ever.
I bought it for sake of old times, just to have it. I turned it on just to remind myself how it was back in time. Couple hours later I killed Diablo in Diablo classic. Now I am playing Hellfire. Just as good as it was back in time. Loving it.

A one-of-a-kind experience
A good game never drops in value and at 10€ this is a steal. Diablo 1 is still, to this day, my favorite Diablo game and a very strong entry in the hack n' slash dungeon crawler genre.

A must
Mostly due to it not being the only diablo not available anywhere else for literally decades, and a historic artifact - it's been surpassed, but still has merits. In short, buy this if you've played it back in the day. If you haven't, you likely won't appreciate it and will possibly regret your purchase. It was a trailblazer back in the day, and today it might blaze the trail still for other, similarly-licenced games in finding their way to a digital re-release. Minor quibble, adding the Hellfire expansion would have been nice.
