One of the better ones
Detective Girl is a light RPG. The Girl has some equipment; 3 are notable: a) a grappling hook with it you can reach roofs where some items are stored b) night vision goggles to see more in the sewers c) steam powered fists...the just do more damage. For those gadgets you need to find material to upgrade them (roofs, sewers). As a detective she must solve some cases like a robbery. Now those are very very easy. If you solve them she gets 1 detective point...a point she needs to learn a few skills....like persuade guards, espionage or enticement. Now for her main goal: the city is ruled by mobs. She can join one and than must free different parts of the slums. Each part is riddled with gang members. Now she has 3 choices a) run b) fight c) hit them from behind. a) no need for more information b) how hard can her steam fists hit? Also she can try to persude or entice them (the later gets you into ecchi) c) depends on the level of the enemy and your fists this can be a 1 hit figth...but beware she gets less exp./gold than in a fight At the end of each part she must fight one of the henchman of the mob. And finally at the end of the game she must decide if she wants to real join the mob (aka fight against the police) or subdue the mob and be a good citizen. Now this is an ecchi game. To play that part you must download/install the patch. It gives you some quests with drastic graphics. Also if you lose against the henchman she doesn't just get away. And it sets a counter of her nastiness...the more she is the more events are unlocked and in the end the final screen can change. That said...it is possible to avoid most events and still be pure/virgin at the end. I've played this with and without the patch...;-) For the final count...it is one of the better games from this dev/publisher. It is fun to play...even if it a short game. But if you want to play an RPG....sorry NO.
