Nice But
Nice Game, Good for this price, after all the strategy came before the graphics. The game is interesting, it remember me the dune, about 90's years there are a lot of cool RTS game, and Dark Reign is one of them

no expansion and no 64 bit supprt
despite what it says, the expansion is not included. the game is updated to be compatible with users that have the expansion. its reliance on 16 bit dlls means that it will never run in a 64 bit system.

No CD issue still remains
On my Win 8 environment, this game requires a CD to be inserted on its 2nd activation(or 3rd? I'm not sure but at the first time I could launch it), and if you continue to play without a CD, you can't go further than the menu screen. I couldn't find any solution for this issue on the internet, but there seems some other people bothering with the same matter. Anyway, if you unfortunately encountered the same issue, this game is not playable for you.

Great game but poor release
This game is one of my favorite strategy game. However, this gog version is missing: - multilanguage - ingame musics ! That's a pity, they are great. I will keep my original CD version for now, running through wine.
