It's okay..
2.5 stars. Not a really great game, but it's cute and I like the game mechanics. Just wish there would be a bit more battles going on. Still liked it a lot better than Settlers II HD.

Good game for it's time, but...
It was a very addictive game for it's original release period, but now, about 10 or so years later, I really don't find that it has aged as well as some other games from this time period. I'm not talking about the graphics, they are what they are, but rather the GUI, and game play itself is very dated at this point. I understand GOG is all about releasing old(er) games and all but sometimes some games should just be left to the sands of time. If you're really into "busy bee" type of gaming and can get back into this type of GUI I'd still have to say... Wait for a sale, as $9.99 is just too much for this package. When it goes on sale and you can get it for half that or less and really do enjoy heavy micro-management type of gaming then give it a shot.

Too repetitive, and thus boring. Lack of depth too, too little to do. Not worth buying.

A long lost favourite
I used to own this game and really enjoyed it, lost through loaning to someone and never claimed it back. Have been waiting for it to show up on GOG. Finally I can play my fav Viking game again!

Cultures : Revenge of the Rain God
I want to understand,i heard there was an add-on,or continuing game of Cultures Vinland. Why isn't there any track of it what so ever? It's made by germans as i presume,and it was mentioned about it in some webpages such as gamespot,etc. But also there is no Download,no mentioning about it and looks very promising.It has an improved AI,to experience more fun playing against the computer,other functions added,mercenaries added... It sounds really cool.Is there someone who knows about it and explain a more detailed fact about why isn't out there?
