Best Game Ever
I think it is the best game of this kind of all times. Still loving it after 20 years.

Game is fantastic, once you fix the direct x 5 not found problem with a 3rd party patch. Should work straight from the galaxy launcher is that's how it's being sold... But still have hours of fun like it's 1998!

As stated in some other review, for those of you having trouble running this game on windows 10, just change the comados.exe in game directory to commandos.exe(yes thats add an m). Enjoy the game

Excruciating experience in Win 10
The game itself is a jewel, I played it almost twenty years ago (phew!). However the port in Windows 10 doesn't make justice. It seems that there is a persistent crash in the game for whatever reason (mouse scrolling maybe?) which makes the game unplayable. I had to reboot the laptop as the only solution since I cannot access the task manager and Alt F4 doesn't work. In short I cannot play a game with fear that at every step it's going to freeze and thus, it is rendered as unplayable. A shame!
