- Unlimited power at your fingertips! Start off as a feeble weakling of a human being and transform into a terrifying fire-breathing monster by separating your heart from your body. Beware, however, as gaining such power is a cardinal sin and you will have to pay for your transgressions.
- Set out on a daring, inter-dimensional escape and travel between various different worlds to flee the wrath of your enemies.
- Use your newfound powers to your advantage; throw your heart around and teleport to it at will. Run, jump and traverse the levels nimble as a cat and feel good doing it thanks to the fluid movement system.


- Get on the offensive and use a variety of deadly spells at your disposal in fast-paced, break-neck pace combat. Being a forsaken beast of a man has some perks, after all.
- Try not to get distracted as you marvel at the carefully-crafted beautiful locations, all in nostalgic retro-inspired aesthetic.
- Finally experience the story behind the events of Cathedral 3-D and become one with the monster on your screen.

Free: yes! Fun? Not so much.

I wanted to like Chapel 3-D, since old-school shooters like catacombs are very much my cup of tea. But, unfortunately, this game plays like an unfinished alpha version. It glitches, the hit boxes are wonky, you clip or fall out of the map. Jumping on the wrong object, like the skulls right at the start, catapults you across the entire map--or out of it, if you are unlucky. Menus feel bare bones. Controls are awkward, enemies underwhelming, weapons lack impact. Most enemies luck weird enough when they stand still, but much worse when in motion. that is when they aren't glitching and remain unable to move. Last but not least: Be warned that you cannot save your progress. If you die, you need to start over. While this could be fun as a roguelike game mechanic, unfortunately this game only has one static map that you will have to traverse over and over again each time you die, providing no fresh experience on restart. In short, it may be free, but even though, there are better ways to spend your time.

Seems like it could be fun

The game is basic graphically and gameplay wise, but it really seems like a relaxing game to play when you're burnt out of the usuals. My only gripe is that no matter what i do with my settings the game won't make it past the 3rd or 4th wave of enemies if my memory serves me correctly. I have a good pc and it's never had a problem running any game, but this one just won't stop crashing. I hope they can fix it eventually because i'd love to leave a better review.

so Bad so Good!

if you are bored, without a scope, play this game, its so bugged that you can literally jump in to the stars of go out of map, but its challenging and fun to dive into the level design. funny rogue like game
