Great game....and I lost all my progress

Bought it, played for about 2,5 hours, and I really like it, beeing the horrormonster in a facility and eating people who don't expect getting sucked into an airvent and eaten by me :D Major downside is, there is no map, so after some time it becomes a bit hard to keep track of where to go, because you have to backtrack quite a bit with new abilities ...but now I have to play it all again, because the game froze on the second start and deleted all my progress, all saves are gone, cloud saves too....damn....

Extremely fun and good control "feel".

I never have a problem with controlling the "blob" like I thought I would. Moving around and executing actions feels perfectly normal. What I like the most about the game is that it gives me a new (and FUN!) gaming experience even though I have played computer games for forty years. Its not another old 8-bit game copy. Its genuinely something new and exciting!

Perfect reverse horror themed game.

I cant praise this enough. The visuals, the music, the sound, the amazing movement implementation of the monster. These guys completely nailed it. My only criticism which might not be a downside for some, is the lack of a map to navigate. I find myself getting lost a decent amount and have had to resort to a few walkthrough videos to find where to go. Its a minor complaint though. Go out and buy this game, its fantastic!

support the creators

Its a pretty short (won't take you longer than few hours), really fun nod to movies like "the blob" and "the thing" in style of metroidvainia and such, programmed by a small team of people that in my opinion deserve a lot of recognition for making such a shiny gem of a game. My only nitpick would be lack of map, which sometimes makes it tedious to navigated the labyrinths of the laboratories.

An Amazing Twist

The best Metroidvania that I've played since the original Metroid. No maps, but good keys and abilities to help you keep track of where you are. The difficulty ramps up concurrent with new abilities, providing really satisfying progress. Death is a mere setback, and the roguelike element is very natural and understandable. The map and lack of complex HUD means that sometimes it feels like you're stuck. Don't worry; there's always a way out. The environment is beautifully built, and I had to crawl along the walls sometimes to find something that was obvious in retrospect. Don't be afraid of death; you are the monster.
