Gameplay
Bright Memory: Infinite combines the FPS and action genres to deliver a high-octane experience. Mix and match available skills and abilities to unleash magnificient combos on your enemies. Your trusted sword allows you to slash through crowds of enemies and even repel their gunfire. The guns you come across in-game can be customized with a variety of ammunitions. Choose between incendiary bombs, sticky grenades, homing missiles, and more to suit your situation.
Development
Created by FYQD-Studio, Bright Memory: Infinite is the sequel to the popular Bright Memory. However, the sequel features an all-new world, along with newly created improved battle system and level design.
Developer Comment
For Bright Memory: Infinite, I wanted to focus on adding content to give players a more satisfying experience. As a result, development took three times as long as Bright Memory. This process allowed me to learn how to create a strong game while dealing with time and financial constraints. I spent a lot of time thinking of ways to maximize whatever technology and resources available to me in order to deliver an unforgettable experience through the game. As such, Bright Memory: Infinite represents the culmination of FYQD Studio's growth. Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to all my global partners and those who have provided technical support to me.

The game tries too many things at once and this ruines the game experience.
With graphics it's the same thing. A bit something from here and a bit something from there. What you get is color chaos. Some core elements vital to gameplay get lost and, or not noticed.
The controls:
A bit something from here and a bit something from there. You never know if you play Mirrors Edge or a stealth game or some ego shooter. It's all mingled together in such a way that it is frustrating to play through the first chapter (if there is one, I wouldn't know).
Verdict:
A tech demo at best. If so, I have seen much, much better. The game is from a tech note on par with nothing special.
I ask for a refund.
+ looks good around sometimes..
- not so optimized for RTX on DX12..
- weapons and mechanics borrowed from Titanfall and other fps games (Shadow Warrior)
- enemy AI is.. very bad.. they spawn so abrubt and dissapear from the ground in a instant..
- short: 2 hours and a half on normal difficulty
- if you die you come back with ALL enemies that previously attacked you in packs already SPAWNED around you.
- very abstract and low effort story.
I understand this game was one man show but.. it's just a hyped experiment.
