Another great remaster from Nightdive

There was some criticism of the remaster when it came out, so I waited a while to give Nightdive Studios time to fix the issues before I played it, which I think was a good move. I'm a massive Blade Runner fan, yet had never played this point & click adventure game from 1997, and had a great experience with this Enhanced Edition. In the game you visit many of the locations from the original Blade Runner film, and encounter many of the same characters, but the story is unique. Some procedural generation is involved, so every playthrough can be different. The choices you make along the way can lead to one of multiple endings.

Almost a Classic

This is one of those games that makes you stop and look at the scenery and just say WOW(!), because this game for 1997 looks amazing. I loved running around like a buffon trying to find solutions to this games puzzles and it amazes me how many different outcomes each scenario of the game has. It's truly a joy exploring the world of Blade Runner in video game form. If you were looking for more reasons to play this even on top of those previously listed, Nightdive Studios has done an excellent job in bringing over Westwood Studios hidden gem over to modern PC's. It plays like a dream.

Works on Luna and Mac

Buying the Enhanced Edition (on sale) lets me play the Enhanced Edition in the cloud with Amazon Luna, and the Original Version on my Mac. The original version, bundled with this one, installed really easily with GOG Galaxy for Mac. I have a 2019 15" Macbook Pro running MacOS Sonoma 14.7.1 and it seems to be running the Mac version of the game just fine. Never played this one before, looking forward to trying it out!

i'm so excited

i remember playing this game when i was young so i had to buy it when i saw it on gog.com. but to be perfectly frank, i didn't want to play it again, as it's such an old game. all i've done so far was to stand in the balcony in game and just enjoying the music for 10 minutes and that's all i've done for the last 2 years. but with this enhanced edition, i can read the subtitles with hd graphics, 60 fps, also i can switch it into spanish, which i'm studying. this enhanced edition is a jewel for me. it brings me back my old memories as well as to have a new experience, with the subtitles and different language setting. i feel like i can play this enhanced edition multiple times. with the original, i've only seen 1 ending and that was it. aight, i'm ready to venture out. thank you for all the people who shared their talent to improve this game. 2 thumbs up !

5 stars are for the scumm vm version

my 5 star rating is for the original scumm vm version and i hope gog will kick a few bucks from each sale of the enhanced edition their way since the only way to get the scumm vm version is to buy the enhanced edition but i also feel that night dive will address and also fix all the bugs just give them a little time
