Описание
Betrayer is a first person action adventure game that takes you to the New World at the turn of the 17th century.
The year is 1604. You sailed from England expecting to join a struggling colony on the coast of Virginia. Instead, you find only ghosts and mysteries. What catastrophe blighted the land and drained it of color and life? Where are the settlers and tribes who lived here?
Clue by clue, you must piece together the story of what befell this doomed settlement and find a way to set things right. You will be hunted by corrupted Conquistadors and ravening shadows as you explore an expansive wilderness in order to trace the brief, tragic history of the colony and search for survivors.

Stumbling in the Dark Simulator 2014
I got it for free so I can't complain. It plays like a Skyrim mod. Great atmosphere. In a nutshell, ring the bell to make it night time and then use audio cues and the map to find all the things and talk to all the wraiths. They're all dead but only most of them deserve it. Tense firefights with muskets and bows that actually work pretty well. The map makes it so you can find most of what you need pretty easily. The lack of any real quest log means you end up exploring blindly most of the time. Game gets crash-happy about 3/4ths through the game when you fast travel. Autosave brunts the worst of it. Ending is dumb. 5-7 hr playtime. Good for free!

Nice concept
I know I'm late to the party, but here's my review! I really enjoyed this game, that feeling when you ring the bell for the first time will stick with me for sure! The darkness feels very real, and some stories of the spirits moved me. Boring names of the spirits were easy to forget tho, and in the end I forgot most of the stories and didn't know how to judge them. The game was a bit repetitive but that is okay because the game was only around 6 hours long. In conclusion, it was a short, but good expirience, I recommend it to anyone who likes horror and fps games! I'd love to see a sequel one day, it realy had me hooked!

A game to remember
This is a game full of mystery that does not hold your hand and you have to figure out a lot of things by yourself. I would give it 5 stars with a little more variety with the enemies. But seriously, play this. Now. You will remember this game and its eerie atmosphere for a long time.

Not recommended
I like the visual style, but the rest of the game is nothing to write home about. UI, inventory, quest tracking, story, combat, ... all just aren't very good.
