free upgrade is boken in GOG platform for most users , some got it but some did not regardless of resets/logout attempts

No Deluxe upgrade :)
Like many, there's no Deluxe upgrade when I preordered. I bought game in 2020/2021 It's last game which i bought on GOG :)

Didn’t received
Bought bg3 during EA because of this free update. Didn’t received it, tickets via gog are automatically resolved, it’s a joke honestly

Deluxe Upgrade still not available...
Honestly how hard can it be to give people their preorder bonus. i want to start a new game with the bonus content, instead i'm not playing the game at all waiting for GOG to get their stuff in order...very disappointing
