They are getting this one right!
Please note that I realize there is always room for improvement and there are areas I have not experienced in the game yet... With that said... I live so much about this version: 1. Can make my own class and world. 2. The first time a diplomacy system kept me engaged for the duration of the game. I got betrayed at the end and lost the game that was new for me from an AI. It was a fun loss. 3. So much to tinker with yea! 4. replay ability of new fresh maps always fun! For those new to the franchise or turn based strategy games try to play with someone that knows the game or be ready for a very steep learning curve. No 1 hour speed runs in this game... Well at least not at first. I am sure there are pro players that have learned to speed run a small map against AI. By the way playing against AI vs another human player is like two different games. Try both you may like one better over the other. I like against AI so I can go Away From Keyboard for hours if I want and the AI can care less. I take for ever some time just to finish one turn... My preference. So yes if you like this kind of games give this one a try it is good! 02/18/2024
