Nice and simple
I haven't played the original, but if you want a quick dungeon crawling fix this will provide just that. Runs well for me. Battle reminds you of Dragon Quest. No wonder of course as Wizardry inspired a lot of the early JRPGs.

Looks Promising
Well since the game is in development right now there are major issues like a character levels up and then losing the level reset to the level is was created. Another thing is with the map. The map just shifted to the right as I was progressing so it didn't represent the places I had traveled before. Mouse not supported right now, even though I can't of got used to the keyboard but still. It seems very nice as far as graphics is concerned and feel of the game. I think with the proper care and development it can be a great game to play. For now it's like a demo version of a game. Not full featured yet.
