Willy Morgan is a third-person adventure game, set in a fantasy pirate-themed world with a modern touch. Combining the traditional point-and-click genre gameplay with a unique cartoon 3D graphics, Willy Morgan has the dreamy atmosphere, the humor and the freedom to explore typical of timeless classics such as Monkey Island.



The story unfolds through funny dialogues and challenging puzzles.
Keen powers of observation, intuition and imagination are going to be needed in order to succeed and ultimately find the truth.

In the end rather mediocre adventure

Honestly there is not that much to say on top of the other reviews. Or overall at that matter. Dialogues felt at times all over the place, very unemotional and monotonic. Story itself is nothing too spectacular, but has at least that goal all the way through as a reason to complete it. There are puzzles and item combinations, but some of them are rather.. illogical. There are not that many items so you will figure them out rather quickly, but may still be left wondering why developer did end up with such solutions. Overall it is nothing too miraculous, you will get one evening spent with this game. It is not something you would ever come back to though.

Great., simple and cozy

This a super classic Point&Click that is perfect for an afternoon of nothing to do, is short, sweet, excellent graphics and animation, the music tracks are few but fit the game nicely, it does not overstay its welcome, the puzzles were not cryptic (but not demaning either). There is really not much to its detriment except maybe the extremely simplistic story, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Recommended!

Good little game

The emphasis is on 'little' as it is very short, otherwise but it is a very good game, with excellent graphics and good story-line, not too difficult to solve. I only wish it was longer. It is worth its price when it is on 80% discount, otherwise overpriced for such a short game. Please make more games like this one, or a sequel, but at least twice as long.

Feelgood adventure for a free afternoon

This is an OK game, good for a overall few hours of entertainment. The story is nice enough, albeit a little predictable. Start to finish it took me about three hours. If you want to get all achievements you will spend more time. In places you will feel slightly micro-managed, as Willy (or: the game) forces you to do certain things before anything else. For the most part though, you are free to roam and solve the various puzzles in any order you want. The puzzles are creative and do-able, nothing too difficult. The graphics and soundtrack are well done. All the backgrounds have a nice wonky atmosphere, reminiscent of Monkey Island. The game is humourous to some extent as well, but -- by far -- not on the level of, say, Monkey Island. Four stars, well earned.
