Amadeus the Wizard, Pontius the Knight, and Zoya the Thief are joined together once again on a thrilling quest through fantastical fairytale landscapes teeming with danger.
Prince Selius suffers from intensely dark dreams and, due to his magical talents, monstrous nightmares are able to slip into reality and wreak havoc on the waking world. Amadeus, Pontius, and Zoya must find the afflicted prince and resolve the desperate situation before the world is engulfed by the Nightmare Prince's shadows.

Anybody who played Trine 1 or 2 will miss alot of stuff in Trine 4.
The rouges grappling hook can only be used on rings, that are scattered around the level. Drawing your crates witht he wizard is pretty much useless, since you can quick cast them with the push of a button. And drawing the crate anywhere on the screen will summon it above the wizards head regardless of the placement of your drawing. And the extra high difficulty level from Trine 2 is missing too.
You will respawn anytime, except for boss battles.
