twisted but not twisted enough
The Evil Within 2 is a great sequel. It is not as twisted as the first title but just enough to enjoy a good survival ride. Apart from the semi open-world design with lots of exploring and crafting to do, it still delivers a solid horror experience. Nightmare is where the game shines. Survival is the best way to start. It is less difficult than the first title, but still has its challenges. There are moments were the AI is dumb, and the game gets a bit easier. The story, has its moments, not to complex, just enough for a good action. You will run and hide, die and keep trying until you get the hang of it. It does have its dull moments and stuff gets repeated but like i said, it still has a lot to offer in terms of content. It is really a shame that a third installment never occurred, maybe with a fresh story.
