Game is excellent, great story and Bruce Campbell brings makes it all worth it!
GoG have packaged it well and even provide nGlide support for higher resolutions and an ipxwarper for lan play (not tried to see if it works). Multiplayer online is not working as Novaworld has changed their web address and you need to download a fix.
Game was made for 4:3 screens and even with nGlide you get a full widescreen experience but everything is stretched; do not waste your time trying to fix this issue.

You get to fly "Dogfighting in space" style like Xwing or a Wing commander.
Has voice acting and all sorts of cool space ships. Well worth looking into if you've exhausted your Freespace2/TieFighter/Other Space Dogfighter type games.
A little jank to run. Trying to configure a modern flightstick is a bit of a pain right now, but still a good time.
