Styx: Shards of Darkness

I loved it. You move, you jump, you interact, you kill, you stealth and you can drop. It has everything

Clunky controls, occasional bugs in the enemy AI, poor art direction (not graphics as such), UI could be better, narrative and writing could be so much better... There's a lot to complain about but at the same time I'd lie if I said I didn't have real fun playing these 5 hours on veteran difficulty. Recommended mostly to stealth fans who have played everything worth playing - I think it's worth giving a try. I'll probably get back to it someday. It's a competent, solid title.

You play as Master of Shadow aka Styx the Goblin lets get pros and cons right off the bat shall we? Pros: +Stealth is really good and the shadow system is really decent not as good as Splinter Cell +A massive stup from the first game. +rewarding "not kill rule" +Fun protagonist +Ablitiy are unqie but you played the first game...you already know how Styx power works +Level are amazing. not as big as massive first game but thank god Cons: -you don't care for any of those character at all so they are forgetable -Co-op wont work on GOG so have fun in Steam instead. -Outdated chracter model. -Combat do not exist so not a big deal -If you looking for non-stop action combat. this game is not for you sadly -ending is a little underwhelming Overall: A really good and underrated stealth game. but not as good as spliter cell chaos theory so i highly recommend if you love stealth game. tho people may overlooked for this game.
