One of the best first person dungeon crawler games in the industry, an absolute classic that has an interesting story, memorable enemies, good music and a lot of secrets. Impossible don't get nostalgic playing this game.

Old school first person RPG. It got mixed reviews in its day and I didn't get it, but picked it up on GOG years later. It works, courtesy of DOS Box. You might have to run the sound configuration. It's a hard game and can be baffling early on. Top tip, the roots are a little healing. Equip the bag of stones to get auto loading. Look closely at the walls... Save often. It's a game that creeps up on you and it's easy to give it just another few minutes...

good content, clues are in the game but not obviouse, makes you think and gives hours of gameplay and has a sense of humour.

this game is a lot of fun i rember sitting infront of my old pentium 100 for hours. i wonder if i can still rember the spell combo that makes you indestructible as well as fire arrows like a machine gun. good game good value

I was blown away with this game as a child, I would play it on my windows 95 machine and I just loved every bit of it. I was so immersed. I laughed, cried, lost a lot of sleep. I still have the install disks to this day along with the book that came with the game so long ago. I will have to scan it into a .pdf to share with fellow fans. I was overjoyed to see this game available for me to play on my win7 machine now. I'm going to re-read the book and dive into this game again!
