Great Star Wars and Story RPG!

This game is amazing because it not only has a great story, complex dialogue choices, and rpg mechanics that keep this game replayable! Sure the graphics have aged but the combat animations work well as a Star Wars game, it has great music, the combat is not that bad when you adjust to it and has some memorable moments and characters. The only thing I would add is that the game alone doesn't support modern resolutions which makes some parts buggy when turning to fullscreen. But there are mods I found that fixed those issues and the game runs well enough to be enjoyed. I overall encourage everyone who loves Star Wars, RPGs or both to play this!

Cudo KOTOR1 I 2 to cuda RPG dla fanów SW. Szkoda tylko,że taki bubel z wersją PL :D na szczęście mam oba spolszczenia do kotor 1 i 2 ale przecież była wersja pl pełna tej gry . Najlepsze jest to ,że uruchamiając te KOTORy sa początkowe napisy Trademark etc , są one po polsku.... w KOTOR2 nawet tytuł czyli Lordowie Sith jest w Menu po polsku ale już gra ENG :D pliki same w sobie również mają poukrywane wersje pl,że tak powiem :D spolszczenia łatwe do znalezienia. Gdyby coś to pisać PW i udostepnię. Elo

One of the best

If you love RPG's you'll love this game. A fantastic storyline steeped in lore. Great game mechanics and the ability to craft your Jedi in the manner you like via level up system. The NPC companions are very interesting and their back stories help add to the experience. I'd easily rank this game up there with Baldur's Gate because it really is that dang good. I rate it as: Get it now!

Still my favorite game of all time

This game is an absolute Bioware, and Star Wars, classic. It was revolutionary for it's time as it brought cRPG to the masses with it's incredibly accessible, yet deep, gameplay. A wonderfully fleshed out world, familiar, yet different. It's set thousands of years before the original trilogy, and features worlds familiar and new. The characters are deep, have motivations, can be funny, sad, and tragic. The story line is memorable. If this is your first time playing, I pray it hasn't been spoiled for you. Combat is faux-realtime, with a turn based engine underneath, and with all the pausing and queuing you would expect. This is the game that set Bioware on the trajectory toward Mass Effect. Don't miss it, it's a wonderful classic that everyone should play.

My all time favorite game!

BioWare and LucasArts created not only the greatest Star Wars game of all time but in my opinion, the greatest RPG ever! A compelling story, identifiable and realistic characters, and top notch gameplay make this my all time favorite game. If you haven't had the opportunity, play this game. If you have, play it again for the first time...or 30th.
