AN UNIQUE TAKE ON TURN BASED STRATERGY
This is ytuly a hidden gem, its x-com styled turn based stratergy game. Runs great, sounds great, story is cool, lots of cool characters and skills. Progression is kind of linear- the game is completely linear but for the scope its going for, its perfect. Highly underrated title, I recommend it fully.

Great game! Running man meets xcom!
Who loves you? And who do you love? Yes it's the Running Man game! I'm really enjoying this. Xcom veteran. I started playing it on normal and was too easy. Restarted on hard and it is challenging for me. No base building. No perma deaths. You lose the game and restart and try different strategies - plus some RNG for the hit chances if you don't get 100% shots. Make sure you explore the maps to unlock extra weapons! Has a nice skill tree too of the usual xcom type mechanics (bladestorm, hologram etc). Get it if you like turn based combat!

Good fun this. Hope they make some of it
Really polished xcom-lite style game with some free roam puzzle sections. I enjoyed this a lot, it’s not super long and would have been happy to put in a few more missions. The combat is VERY xcom like if a little lighter, though it does throw in armour/weapon bonus types which lets you be strategic. The free roam sections are fairly basic but serviceable. Lot of it is swapping between the two main characters to solve environmental puzzles to progress. Nothing super to write home about here, but you do get a lot of extra weapons which make it worthwhile. The story in my opinion is excellent. No question it borrows heavily from the Ol' Arnie movie Running Man but that’s really movie and premise so not going to complain. IMPORTANT, download the free extension DLC before you start. It adds an extra level into the late game and comes with some new goodies and story elements. Worked this out after and its kind of jarring going back and playing essentially the penultimate mission. There is a rather silly fame rating system that if you demonstrate different attributes to fans, you get different buffs. Thats take it or leave really. In the end, if you want to play good solid, turn based strategy game with a really good story, you could do a lot worse.

Perfectly lengthed, with it's fair share of fun over the top cringy game show moments and polished combat
