Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter

With Crimes and Punishments and the Silver Earring is The Devils Daughter on of my favorite Sherlock Holmes Titles. I really like the simplicity and the focus on the story in these three games. The other ones are good as well, but they have a lot of puzzles, that in my opinion not fit the story quite right. The Devils Daughter has a bit more action in it than Crimes and Punishment, but this is not a problem at all, because they are very well integrated in the story. And like a lot of People here I hope that GOG will add "Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments" someday ;)

in the Epping Forest section of the game, I always end up drowning in the swamp no matter how many times I try. Next time try to implement less sluggish and more responsive controls for this type of gameplay and test it thoroughly. Where Assasin's Creed succeeds, Sherlock Holmes fails.

Very good game, but it could be even better. Most of the negative reviews are from people who played the previous (probably better) title "Crimes and Punishments" and expected more from the sequel. I didn't play it so I'm just writing my personal opinions about this game. I certainly hope GOG will get the previous game too, "Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments" which by the reviews looks like a 5 stars.
