Opis
Shadow Man: Remastered is a complete overhaul of the classic game with restored, previously cut content!
3 New Levels:
- "Summer Camp, Florida" (Day and Night)
- "Salvage Yard, Mojave Desert" (Day and Night)
- "Asylum Station 2 - Experimentation Rooms"
New Audio (from the original games composer, Tim Haywood):
- Remastered music and SFX
- New music and SFX for the restored levels
- Restored cut/unused voice dialog in levels
Art Updates:
- Switch between the original textures and the new high resolution textures
- HD Textures for all levels and objects
- Nvidia Intro Cutscene Textures
- HD HUD and inventory icons plus a new icon for the Shadow Gun
- Restored unused animations
- Restored several cut and censored models from the original levels
- N64 Gad Icons
Gameplay Improvements:
- New weapon wheel to select weapons faster as time is slowed down
- Improved controls
- Improved destructible objects using Bullet Physics
- Auto targeting
- Tweaked/improved AI
- Levels rearranged as originally intended
- A ton of fixes across the entire game to each level from object to geometry fixes

What it comes down to is that Shadow Man Remastered is an excellent title that I enjoyed thoroughly. However, it is an excellent twenty-something-year-old title, and some people just can't go back to that era. I get it. But for the rest of us, this is definitely a title worth pulling back from Deadside.

Shadow Man Remastered is a great game and I hope those with fond memories enjoy it as much I do. I hope those unfamiliar will give this a shot as well because while this is a game from the 90s it feels very modern in the controls.

Good game but I have a question?
I already own the original N-64 game & since I also already purchased the PC version of Shadow Man when it came out here on GOG...I think that I should be entitled to an updated version of the game cost free. It's a good game for it's time but not special enough to want to buy it for a third time just for mostly visual enhancements. The original PC version from GOG ran just fine the way it was so why I should I have to purchase this game again GOG??? I like the game but just not enough to buy it one more time!

No game pad support? Really?! Sorry, but you will not get my money, no matter how good this game is. Sad, because Shadow Man is one of the best game on PSOne. But not on the keyboard...

I already own this game
The original game was and is mediocre at best. Why do I have to buy this game I already own again just because they did a clearly half ass "remaster?" The pictures don't even make the game look visually better. Why do I have to buy it again? They just made it work correctly on a modern graphics card as far as I can tell. They didn't do anything else. Why would I buy this game again for what is basically a patch for a mediocre PS1 game? There are so many games where they did more work than even this, released it as a "remaster" and I got it for free because I already own the game. Why would I pay for this again?
