Keeps crashing in game
Crashes all the time. It's especially frustrating as you can't save during a mission

Nice game hindered by another bad port..
The Saboteur it's a very nice game, it has humor, character, it's just one of those games that as soon as you start it breeds personality, it's fantastic, all of that being said, the port of this game it's just not good, no, it's not because of the settings, the video settings are actually quite good, you find them at the game's directory in video settings if I don't badly remember. No... The game however really gets killed by the simple fact it has crashed, and freeze on me twice already in a single hour, and that my friends is why I can't just not give this game a better score, nor recommend it that much, it's a very nice game at it's core, it's very fun, and the mechanics are great, it's just that you're going to have to bear with some crashes and freezes along as you play.

Good game but way too expensive
I like the gameplay, also some of the levels are almost in black&white with a few colors. That looks really stylish. Gameplay works smooth for this 3rd person shooter. Good ingame scenes to move the story more forward. But the price is ridiculous. 50% off and still almost 10€ the normal price ist nearly 20€ and you can buy this game at origin for about 5€. GOG this is again too expensive. I don´t know what you think when you make the prices for the games...

An old problem this game has
Alright first review i've ever written, and going to put it bluntly. Don't purchase until an old problem is fixed, which is an error with initilizing graphics. This is a problem this game has also with the Origin version, which never ever buy that version if you own a newer computer they will never patch it. Gog will most likely fix this problem, but it essentially makes the game unplayable from the get go unless you fish around the internet which you have to do with the origin version. I never did it, and thought it was a bit meh, being that selling a game for 20 dollars that doesn't work on modern computer seems a bit erm, bad, bad from a business stand point, and seem like your spitting in the costumers face, which EA is pretty ok with, cause they're EA. Purchase now while on sale and wait a bit because this will probably be fixed soon, or wait until you know it has been fixed. I'll review again once I actually can play this game, which I was excited for because I've never been able to play it because the above, which the fix isn't as easy as finding a simple patch, it's hoops, and just a frustration. 3 stars because I know GOG will patch it actually unlike the company that made it and is selling on it's own store. Not a fan of them, or orgin, it's a terrible store front. Luckily we have gog, and it's their thing to make things work, because good company, good store.

Consolized
It would've been a great competitor to the trist gta 4 back then, lovely music, oppressive atmosphere, a limited (beginning cross-country) free-roam mode. But consolization heavily impairs the gameplay. The camera controls are wonky, limited, the movement, like in gta 4, is sluggish, the character has an inertia the player isn't given a reason to assume. The parkouring system is slow, the cover system annoying, the menus unnecessarily floaty, unprecise, dumbed down and consolized. Having to snipe enemies is no fun, the controller axis are recognized but not the buttons due to the xinput monopoly. A potential killer idea ruined by their consoles origin.
