Fun but Greatly Flawed

As a long-time Postal fan I have a lot of nostalgia for this series. To get half of the jokes you'll probably need to play the first one. It's a fun, politically incorrect, if stupid, game. Nostalgia aside, Postal 2 feels cheap. Enemies have pinpoint accuracy while you struggle to hit them once at the same distance. At harder difficulties the game is just annoying. (Despite what the game tells you, do not play on "Hestonworld difficulty") There is one mission with a maze and a respawning enemy just to add to the rage. I can't stress this enough, the shooting mechanics are atrocious, just barely playable. And the game get tedious as you run back and forth over the map over and over again.

Hilarius and mindless.

You start the weekend, do your regular chores, go home and that's it, the mission are moslty and excuse to kill more people. piss on them, make them puke blood, shoot them in the face, starting wars between civilians and police, kill the CEO of Running with Scissors (the team that make the game), put a cat into your shootgun, Dude's lines are great, surprisingly deep open world game with lots of secret. It's mindless fun, play it when you don't have anything to do it's a good time.

The better game

Why? Postal 2 is satirical and funny sometimes. I don't like the first game. I like how the developers makes satirical jokes about the Postal-Dude, for example with the Napalm Factory or with pee-ing on a machine in a hospital to get medicine. In many ways is Postal 2 the better game i prefer to play. I can laugh sometimes about the jokes.

Flawed and unpolished

I'm gonna be honest - I didn't finish the game, gave up on Tuesday. I tried to, but for me it crashed like crazy, and combined with long initial loading time I decided it wasn't worth my time. Not that I loved the game when it wasn't crashing. Sure, I enjoy tormenting NPCs, but my issue is that there isn't much to do when that gets boring. And it does get boring, because there isn't even an interact button (you can't talk to anyone, except for story reasons), and the environment isn't destructible (except for glass, I think) to supplement that either. If pissing on people isn't a neccessity for you, I think more sensible might be to buy something with interesting story or gameplay and torment NPCs on the side. Deus Ex, perhaps?
