Good Game with Bugs
tl;dr great game, great foundation but "early acess feeleing" (rough around the edges, minor bugs, minor design flaws), 1 mayor bug encountered. IT IS WORTH 50 BUCKS, but yea just wait till the game is POLISHED and buy it for 30.

Bad writing, great gameplay. Niche.
Bought it on launch and waited patiently. I started it a few days back and it leaked memory like crazy. Not to mention extreme overheating. I capped fps at 60 and it's fine, but buyer beware. This game is potentially harmful to your PC. And this is the "enhanced edition" we're talking about. Some shameful shit, as Gus from The Wire would say. Also, the writing is all over the place. For example, Regil is a well written evil character but the "evil" options the player gets are more like "moron". It's like yeah, I'm a Chaotic Moron sorcerer. Most of the characters are like a Hasbro sponsored D&D stream full of people who pretend to like RPGs because suddenly being nerdy is considered cool. Makes me think they had different writers working on different parts of the game, and most of those writers sucked. Crusade mode excluded, the actual day-to-day RPG gameplay is top notch though. That's what's keeping me playing with gusto, ignoring the rest of the game. Cause in the end of the day, even though I love good settings, atmosphere, writing, I'm a gameplay first kind of guy. TLDR: If you like deep cRPG turn based combat (because real time with pause is just for not wasting time on meaningless encounters), play this on Core difficulty with frames capped at 60 and crusade mode turned off. Otherwise, you can skip this one and enjoy your good years doing something else.

Amazing power trip
You know the writing is good when you contemplate all the possibilities real life has to offer. Characters in this game are writing encyclopedias, researching ways to become swarms of bugs, learning the secrets of reality in order to break mortal chains and stick it to the pantheon..dang. The most research I've done recently was the guide to getting the secret ending. Great music, voice acting, graphics and gameplay. I just wish there were less loading screens. I feel like there were 5 hours of playtime spent in a loading screen. Get Toybox if you don't want to waste time resting/buffing(Probably 20 hours of playtime). A few rests for progression are required, but everything else is filler.

Best Game I've Played
The Game is bye far the best RPG I've played, and I've played alot. Kingmaker already was an excellent RPG and this surpassed it. Firstly - It runs perfectly fine (RTX2060), and I did not encounter and my playthrough was pretty much bug free (November 2021) (1 remeberable bug (not being able to leave a map) in 120 hours (1 playthrough!) in a CRPG, that could be fixed by reloding the last auto safe is totally fine and a will not rate this done for it.) The setting is amazing. Full stop. It gave me goosepumps several times. The music is among the best I've heard the freedom of choice is beyond, and it is really complex. It's the fantasy of an RPG, and rarly does any mistakes. I can not talk alot about the difficulty of fights, since I play RPGs for the story, on easy settings, but the riddles are challeging, but solveable, dialogs are enganging, and the overall story and mythic path even made me philophize about real world choices, and ways of living. To summarize: The Good: -Amazing Setting -Decent Graphics (if you like the style) -Amazing Story -Amazing Class/Lifepath System -Decent Character Relationships and Romance -Great Freedom of Choice/and really diffrent endings. -Interesting Companions -Extremly High replayability and complex requierments for certain story events -They cover a wide range of topics The bad: -The last chapter feels a bit rushed -Can definitly be a bit overwhelming at the start -The romance options do not really compare to Octavia in Kingmaker (but thats personal taste) (They are good nevertheless) -There are again some companions which are a boring (but thats personal taste) -It would be great if main characters (companions etc.) had fitting facial expression during dialogs on there portrait (but I guess that due to limit of ressources) -The whole companion romance things start a bit late and feels short, in comparison to 120 hours (but what is there is good) Thank you Owlcat Games for providing this amazing RPG! (I would rate it 98/100)

Disappointing, sometimes fun
Purchased on the other platform. Almost quit before getting to crusade mode due to the childishness of the characters. Stuck it out and was rewarded by less of what I found annoying, then quickly got bored to tears by the crusade management. Put it on auto-pilot, which significantly improves the gameplay. Now it seems I no longer have access to fast travel, which makes the game tedious to the point of no longer being fun. Will I be able to rest in upgraded forts? Not sure if I care at this point. My computer exceeds the recommended specs, yet the loading times are horrible. Were it not for these serious flaws it would be a good game. As it stands, it's poorly conceived, poorly implemented, and poorly optimized.
