Absolutely ruins other RPGs
Game feels great to play. No time wasted on animations, information is displayed adequately. Game system allows flexible builds. Not too harsh, but at times easy (on normal difficulty). No way am I ever going to be able to finish DoS2 after I got a taste of this.

not worth it
game reminds me like pillars entrnity than baldur gate series, combat healing really sucks cleric class cant heal for crap.the main issue i have with game is world travel the party requests rest like every 5 seconds not fun gets very annoying still playing game exept it crashed now after exiting main building in town games froze other than world travel game is ok not than fun after get like 20 hours or so . prob have to uninstall and just leave in my library wont play again,

Terrible balance, annoying mechanics.
The year of our lord 2019 and game developers still think that making a game that requires endless save scumming and all kind of cheesy tactics and power gaming to advance is the way to go. On top of that moving around requires camping every few (real life) minutes to rest, but in order to camp you first have to hunt, then camp, then pray no one attacks you while resting and if they do, well just load your latest save, I haven't won a single camp attack, ever. A waste of time and money.

Awesome game! (Part 1)
Ok, so I've been playing tabletop RPG's for a VERY long time (40 years to be specific). I'm old enough to have seen both the birth of the computer game, and the internet. So of course I've also been a computer gamer for a very long time as well. I've played most of the classics, and some of the not so classics. I've played the "legendary" ones when they first came out. And over that course of time, I've seen ideas come and go, some great, some not so much. I've watched the genesis of the CRPG, played through the growing pains, and watched it pass into "adulthood" as it were. I say all this so you have a full understanding of where I'm coming from when I tell you this is a great game. Probably the best ever made (so far). And here's why: I'm not going to get into technical aspects. These are things that can be addressed with patches. Are there pathing issues? Sure. Some AI glitches? Of course. Every game has these. (Personally, I'm not a fan of real time combat (even with the ability to pause), as for me, turn based is much more in keeping with tabletop RPG's. However, the developers have done a very credible job with it, so it goes under the "minor nuisance" category for me). (continued in part 2)
