Opis
What is sweeter than looking down upon the face of a defeated enemy? Perhaps, only the realization that you had to work hard and pay for your victory in blood! The "Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Bloody Mess" DLC lets you bask in the gore and glory of battle, witnessing its bloody traces both on your companions and your enemies.
Here’s how it works:
Bloodstains appear on a character or creature according to the amount of Hit Points they have left. The more wounded a character, the more bloody and battered they look. First blood splatters appear when their Hit Points go down below 80%. Of course, not all creatures in Pathfinder: Kingmaker can have bloodstains at all. As you would expect, those who don't have blood - elemental and incorporeal creatures, for example - are not affected by this feature. Also, while humanoids and animals bleed red, this isn't so for others: for example, the undead show black stains on their clothes, and plants drip green sap.
To clean up your wounded companions, you need to restore their Hit Points by either letting your party rest or using healing abilities.
Players may control the visibility of the new feature with a special setting - "Bloodstains" - which can be found on the "Game" page of the Options menu. The setting is turned on by default.

Promising, but half baked
I am a tabletop player of Pathfinder for several years and D&D editions 2nd through 5th so I think the concept and roleplaying elements are excellent and spot on for a PnP "simulator". That being said this game should not have been released in the unfinished state it is currently in. To those saying they haven't seen gamebreaking bugs, you are lucky. For the rest of us this game was released as a finished product when it really should have been called a beta, maybe alpha version. There ARE gamebreaking bugs and the event pacing in the game could use some serious work. Playing the original Pathfinder Kingmaker module I do not expect to successfully complete all special events, however I also do not expect to be continually bombarded by events that cannot be attempted all at once and, if failed, cause a vicious cycle of stability loss leading to the inevitable premature death of the kingdom. You can turn on kingdom automanagement, but if that is the only way to actually play this game to conclusion then something is very broken with the kingdom management logic implemented to date.

Status: Save Scumming Fest.
This is the second game in my whole life where I changed Difficult setting to "Easy" (the first was "Of Orcs and Men"). And it stil barely playable because broken and buggy "Kingdom Management" feature. I have played 60h and I have enough of this. For now, it is a solid 2 stars until this game will be balanced and patched properly.

Buggy mess
Just here to say that Pathfinder Kingmaker is a mess. But I can't place a review on the original game I bought because they've replaced it with the "Enhanced Plus!! Edition". Which is basically just a way to hide all the bad reviews. They might have improved some things, but they've also broken a bunch of other stuff in the meantime. I'm literally unable to play the game any more. No reply from the company & GOG just shrug and say "too bad, not our problem"

Very funny... calling a DLC for your mess of a game Bloody Mess shows some humor. However, could you please rather fix those GAME BREAKING BUGS that prevent me from continuing my game!
