15$ for a DLC that is in BETA...
The developers have a long history of neglecting patches and bugfixes not to mention breaking things when new clans arrive. I'm a long time fan of this game, I advise everyone to avoid buying this game until the devs start to work on patches as this is yet another bugfest that they have released.

Definitely helps when on sale...
Is it worth the full price tag... um... no. But if you're a hardcore fan of the game already as is, then I bet you'll love it nonetheless. At least NOW, unlike a year ago. Let's be honest, you've paid more in other games for less stuff added on it. Just ask Sims buyers.

Challenging campaign, a bit unpolished
This new campaign is a good sandbox to learn the new Christian factions, so it serves the same purpose as the first campaign. However, this time instead of giving you more missions to learn about every aspect of the new factions, it has gimmick missions with stealth or other hero-oriented objetives - and these are not the game's strong suit. I have no idea why they were included. I understand that they are supposed to add variety, but it's the same kind of variety you got in Hotline Miami stealth missions or in spider man games playing as non-super-hero Peter Parker/Mary Jane. In other words - ditching the best aspects of the game (town building/resource management) for playing a worse version of other games. In this case - unit micromanagement missions in a game with no clear keys to hold ground/stutter step micro, etc. Why add those Commandos-style missions when you get so little control over your units? Advisor choice mechanic is implemented poorly also - You don't know how the mission will play out, but have to choose an advisor before even knowing if you will get to build a base or not. Choosing an advisor once the mission loads would be better. Or not choosing it at all - there's usually one optimal choice and one bad choice in most cases Would avoid unless You have an itch for one more northgard campaign.

this dlc is so hard, but fans of this game watiting for it, it cost so much for file in 1-2mb, sorry but i unimpresed by cost, thus is patch only, all content included in game. gnu/linux "drm free" gamer, with best wishes.

W mojej opinii jedna z ciekawszych frakcji. Neustria to pierwsza frakcja z "królestw południowych", która w znacznie większym stopniu wyróżnia się na tle wikińskich klanów.
