$ 2.99 for Free Portraits

Just letting y'all know: this isn't original Beamdog work; in fact, the original copies of these portraits are available free on-line and - with a little work in changing the pictures into the portraits' file formatting (or maybe someone has already done the work due to this being a controversial portrait pack - you could just put the free pictures into your Portraits folder and, thus, making this pack completely pointless. In other words, Beamdog is charging you $ 2.99 for a few other artists' work, which you could have already used for this game for free. You're Welcome. *facepalm*

Adds nothing of worth vs fanmade content

Essentially what you are buying here is 10 small pictures. We can dress it up with a fancy description but that is what you are getting. This game has been around for a long time, the odds are looking through a mod site you will find pictures of a similar quality and with a larger diversity of choices than offered here, unless you really really like multiple pictures shown above. In terms of value for money $2.99 is a big ask for small and insignificant pieces of artwork, it would be hard to recommend it at even 90% off compared to the excellent modders work available freely which is far more diverse. This feels like something which most publishers would freely chuck in as a pre-order, retailer exclusive or as a sweetener for those would already brought the original version of the game for purchasing a paid tweaked edition, sadly it is non of that and rather shameless for what it actually offers.
