Might and Magic® 6-pack Limited Edition

this game is amazing!! the story is fun, great twist in the middle and is just crazy how much it can absorb you into it. i grew up with this game, my parents had it on disk and i used to play it every day after school when i finished my homework. The one thing is the disk game had some bugs that were extremely fun to utilise like the never ending experience quest and the never ending chest of money but i found that they are not in this, or i screwed them up. i enjoyed having later runs and using these bugs to shoot dragons and quite often it was just silly things you do on a run that come straight after finishing the game. In no way does the lack of bugs hurt the game but did feel a little sad that new players don't get to experience that thrill of finding a hidden cheat. I recommend this game so much!! I go to bed and have the game playing in my mind. i have played this game maybe 50-60 times and still come back to it. this game is an rpg must-have, it has even aged quite gracefully over the years due to its very stylised art design and great game mechanics. TLDR; rpg must-have, aged great, get it!

These 6 games being in one collection is like a dream. As many reviewers have accurately stated, the amount of gameplay contained within these games for such a price would have been virtually unheard of at the time of the release of each title. I've logged at least 24 hours in World Of Xeen, and I'm still not even close to completion. These games (along with NWN) should never be forgotten under any circumstance. They're some of the best RPG's ever made, and even some of the newer games can't even compare to the amount of detail that went into them. It would be a shame for anyone to pass up such an amazing experience for the fact that they're DOSBox-based or not so graphically-inclined, because at the time they were basically cutting edge. I love this. I literally want to stay in this era of gaming forever thanks to GOG.

Review of the 6th part in the series, haven't tried previous yet- I always end at the one only: It is one of the games that you will play few times and each time differently. I would advise not to look on manuals as it would be shame. Just get in and play. You may die few times(ok - many), but the challenge will keep you entertained as it is well balanced. As one of them said, the game has little of story, but it isn't that important - the dungeon crawling and developing is amazing. Better than in 7th part, which introduced limitations(shame). I have had this game on CDs, so I have no achievements here yet. But I will get there, don't ya worry!

This is some fine RPG here with elements you don't get anymore to this day, heroes getting too old ? have to change them. Classing dungeons with traps, secret path, learn the skills to find them. The two firs enries might be harder to get into but from 3 to 6 it's easy to get in, get the way to play the game and damn there is content.

This game pack is valuable probably only for the fans of the Might & Magic series (do not confuse it with HEROES of Might & Magic). People unfamiliar with the series might find themselves frustrated with the design of the games. People who know the series, or part of it, however, have in this bundle an excellent pack of games. Revisiting World of Xeen was a great fun time for me, as the game had been one of my favourites in childhood, and trying out Might & Magic 3 was great.
