Funniest yet Hardest Metal Slug.

This was the hardest yet funniest version of Metal Slug I've ever played. It's a parody of Independence Day, trust me you'll see.. Reminded me of McBain from the Simpsons takes on the space aliens. It has practically the same controls as the original Metal Slug. You get a variety of four characters with different weapons but you'll be selecting through those characters several times. This was fun and hilarious.

Meh Dat Slug X

Overal its a good port with lot of valuable options (resolutions, online and ranking), Be aware that the game is Metal Slug 2 revisited. Great feels with an arcade stick. So close of 5 stars because in some moments (full throwing of grenade, high range gun, lot of ennemies) there is some ... drop of frame per seconds (around 20-30 fps ?). Kinda shame when you consider that this is a game who needs all of your skills and the port makes those moments "bullet timish".

Gorgeous game, even for these times. Fast paced, short but sweet, has a lot of replay value and you can play it with friends.

The best/ worse version of Metal Slug 2!

Basically, Metal Slug X is the technical best version of the second entry of the saga , but also (and that's my opinion) a little less... impactful, compared to Metal Slug 2 (where things in the saga will start to get ''weird'', which is a good thing and gave the slug instalments something very unique compared to other peers of the genre). Plus, this version offers net play and leader board score, if that's your sort of thing! Soooooo... yes! absolutely worth it!

The game that marked an era

Without a doubt, the title of the most beloved saga. I love not only the graphic section and the run and gun modality, but also the parody and satire that it includes. With that very particular Japanese style, where reality is displaced, it is transparent in a bizarre world of history, science fiction, involuntary comedy and ... well, what are you waiting to play it!
