One of the best gaming experiences.

Such a great game. You can grow your Henry character in a number of ways and it leads up to several ultimate battles. The NPC characters are really relatable, likeable and some are hateable - but in the right way. It's sucks you in right away with the easy to run, realistic and beautiful graphics. It can be a bit overwhelming at first - as after the prologue, you are left alone, poor, dirty, have no where to sleep and are feeling quite hungry. The story really sucks you in and you really feel like you are the main character. My favorite thing is to wander around the small forests exploring while the dreamy music is playing. You meet lots of random encounters that are often hilarious.

Detailed sim-rpg

I've only played 10 hours so far and I'm a slow gamer, but this is one of the best games. The story, cut scenes, graphics, fighting, everything is very, very good. It's very beautiful to see the same forest in the midday or morning. It looks different but always beautiful. Youtube channel @Game-World-Art is interesting to follow. He takes a detailed look at rivers, grass en trees in this game. This game really makes Skyrim feel old.

Masterpiece

Most of this game's elements are positive. This is evolution, not revolution. The world, the story, etc. However, I wish they'd simplified the combat system a bit. That doesn't change the fact that this game is one of the best I've ever played. I highly recommend it.

What an awesome game. The world is beautiful, even though you're reminded of the harsh realities of war on several occasions. The characters are interesting, and the quests are fun (with very few exceptions). A select few quests even have a time limit, which is something I'd like to see in more games. Sure, the game does have its flaws. For instance I still don't like the combat, even though it has been improved from the first game. Duels are usually fine now, even with mouse and keyboard, but fights against multiple enemies still feel way too clunky (particularly switching melee targets or disengaging from an enemy). The dialogue also could have been a lot better. And traders apparently migrated to Bohemia from Tamriel, because all of them are as dirt poor as traders in Bethesda games. However, at the end of the day none of these shortcomings really detract from the experience. Definitely give it a try if you haven't already.

It's a great game

I just played through the 1fst game for the first time and this is a very faithful sequel which seems to do everything better. I wouldn't put it next to RDR2 or BG3 but somewhere right under it. This whole game just thrives on immersion. The woods, the people & the social norms transport you right into the medival times. Sometimes some whacky voice acting throws you off but then again it kinda fits into the tounge&cheek humor of the game. I really like it when they reward it when you actually put some thought behind your choices. All in all i'm happy with my purchase.
