Worth it for $5 or less
Very short game, but decent enough gameplay. The graphic novel style of presenting the story is oddly contrasted by the profound genericness of said story.

One frustrating playthrough
emulate battletech from snes(?) instead....this game has same battle mechanic, stripped of all the tactics, charm and the cool story another game that substitutes frustrating mechanics for the strategic depth you wanted. a pause button would be cool on a turn-based game. you want to like it for a bunch of style and story reasons, and yet it just has some bad design in the mechanics that make it not fun. everything else has already been said but this maybe: imagine making a game with 40-50 different cards and abilities then adding a mechanism to make sure you can't use them all to make varied synergies together...oops who thought that was a good idea. now imagine making a mechanism so the ai has constant a growth advantage, so you need to get off to just the right start to have a chance, then not letting you pick your opening hand, so now restarting levels 20 times until you get what you need is a staple mechanic. carefully waited 10 minutes to get the energy to deploy just the right crew, then get beat repeatedly by spammed out cheese mechs that only are challenging because you can't match the production rate...yup plenty of that. pass

Nienawidzę tej gry!
Głownie za to, że komputer zazwyczaj gra z ułatwieniami i trzeba próbować po kilka razy nawet z dobrym dekiem. Za szczęście komputera w doborze kart. Za kilkuetapowe plansze, zmuszające do zmiany strategii i tworzenia bardziej uniwersalnych deków. Za to też daję jej 5 gwiazdek. Jedna z najprzyjemniejszych karcianek na PC w jakie grałem. Trudna i wymagająca, dająca masę dobrej zabawy. Bardzo zbalansowana rozgrywka, większość kart jest grywalna i nie ma "słabej frakcji". System wyzwań do każdej planszy też na dużym plusie. Spędziłem przy niej dużo czasu i w pocie czoła przeszedłem wszystkie dostępne misje w każdym trybie. Pierwszy raz od lat zdarzyło mi się siedzieć w pracy i myśleć jak zmienić dek, by przejść planszę szybciej, lub jakimś trickiem. Z chęcią zobaczyłbym drugą część, albo grę o podobnym systemie rozgrywki. PS. Szkoda, że karty ostatniej frakcji odblokowuje się jedynie w trybie multiplayer.

Great game, Great BANG for your buck!
Puns aside this was a great purchase. Lots of content. (Main Story plus expansions) Challenges and puzzles. Top notch art. Great comic style movies. And fun, frantic, challenging game play.
