Icewind Dale 2 Complete

Do not spend currency on this video game. Do whatever you can to make sure that the creators of this game do not recieve any of your money. Torrent this and encourage others to do so. The only way for this game to work properly is with the use of a mod and even so the console commands do not work. Quest items will not appear and then once you try to add the item to your inventory using the console commands, the game will not recognize the code or the game will crash. Do not spend money on this. They do not deserve it.

This game has a fantastic story and gameplay. I've enjoyed it from start to finish. Some sections take a little long - like battle square, but many areas have great charm and challenge. Highly recommended.

A great sequal to the IceWind Dale and Baldur's Gate series.

If you are running windows 10, be aware that this game doesn't work well if at all. Why launching it sits in status for ages and only finally opens after much prompting. It is impossible to tab out to a different screen. The game usually crashes within 10 minutes or less. This is all with the service pack activated (XP service pack 3). Prior to the service pack I couldn't get the game to launch at all.

This game has lots of fights. So much that I'll get tired and take a break from the tedium. There's also an inventory problem of too much (cheap) loop and too little vendors to dump them on. Lastly, the technical issues: 1. cannot run from GOG Galaxy, had to run from File Explorer 2. game crashes occasionally
