Heroes of Might and Magic® 4: Complete

This game a little bit underrated in the HOMM seria. I don't know why... (Probably) Because this different than the before HOMM. It has lots of new ideas, modifications, new graphic ect. and lots of fan disappointed, and don't accept this. But.. I think this is a very good game, I like It, and I respect to NWC and 3DO.. This was the last game that they made :(

Played when it came out and loved it. it still holds up well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good standout from the time period. Also fing dope that GOG is keeping it online and available, thanks for that

I know many will say that its not HOMM3 but I like it what its missing is only random dungeon generator but even that is doable from campaign editor. Campaigns are good. Hotseat as well. I really loved the game and still play it equally like HOMM3, yes they took different aproach but its a solid game.

The best thing about this game was the way heroes role in an army was executed. Hero had such a huge impact in the battefield that it felt really epic having a high level hero just bossing around. Ofc there was down sides too, the game isnt really perfect. the AI as allways in homm games not really bright.. overall though the game is really good. from all Homm games, this one is my second favorite just after Homm3.

excellent game with crispy graphics and great emphasis on heroes development and participation in combat . Unfortunately some people can not play in it due to their dedication to HoMM3 . they play HoMM4 but inside they still play HoMM3 . Perhaps HoMM3 has more factions to offer but it is still not as good as HoMM4 . Recruiting system is much better then in HoMM3 you can get all troops recruited in 3 clicks: C-B-done , while HoMM 3 requires 22 clicks to recruit all 7 types of troops . Anyway it is my opinion .
