Heroes of Might and Magic® 3: Complete

I can see why it was popular when it came out. It allows a lot of freedom for a game this old. Main problem: I was pretty confused about how damage worked. I even looked up some stuff about it and still didn't really understand. It sure isn't intuitive. I don't see myself playing this again. It was a couple hours of confusion. I think the rating is mostly based on nostalgia, looking back at the comments in the reviews.

multiplayer doesnt work

it wont even launch, I just get an eternal white window

The game is OK, but having to wait 5 minutes because there's no option to skip the intro is ridiculous.

So I had the game for a couple of months, no problemo. Then, mouse and keyboard stopped working. I checked on forums, and did what they suggested; launch the game in administrator mode, shutdown all other peripherics, reinstalled the game, repaired/verify the files... Nothing worked. So I contacted game support, I got an answer 20 DAYS LATER! a REAL JOKE! He suggested that I verify/repair the game (That was already done, but did it again to no result) and suggested me to change the game resolution without further instructions... How the F am I supposed to change game resolution when I can't use mouse or keyboard in game? Click on game options??? Damn it! This is infurating.
