Absolutely worth the $6
Pure RTS gameplay, without the bothersome "gather resources, build base, etc" elements. The first time you sortie artillery units, you'll be hooked.

Its Ground Control. With datadisk!!!
This game is old, is hard and have good story. You need use tactics to your advantage, units take experience until elite level, have no saving system during mission and you are limited to 12 platoon in three dropships (infantry, tanks, artillery and aircrafts). Datadisk is harder then original game and I like it 😀. Five *****, because this is GROUND CONTROL!!!

Gaming without the hassle
Whether your a casual gamer who wants a quick buzz or a hard core tactics fan this is the game for you. GC cuts out the mind numbing base building, eliminates spam and rush tactics and leaves you with an experience that is fully satisfying. This game is about the choices you make, how you approach your target, how you take em out. Love infantry you got em, tanks have them too, air power the choices are there for you. This was one of the first games I actually finished and one of the very few I revisit on a regular basis. GC is one of the few platforms that allows you to be truly creative in the way you persecute your war, If only more games were built this way.
