The sequel to Titan Quest.
If you've played Titan Quest, you've played Grim Dawn. If you enjoyed Titan Quest, you'll LOVE Grim Dawn. If you've not played Titan Quest, this game offeres an interesting character levelling system where you choose 2 classes from a combination of 6 options (8 with the expansion) each with two parts to the class building mechanic. You can spend points on a bar with increases your health and magic points along with the three core stats allowing you to equip better gear, which also unlocks skill abilities the more points you put into the stats bar. Do you want to improve your abilities or increase your stats? Choose carefully, as with 2 classes each with their own bar and skill list, you'll not have enough points for everything you may want. That's not even going into the constellation system which has fewer points but can unlock more potent abilities. Replayability is excellent as there's always a new build to try out. Gameplay is pretty standard "Diablo" style: Defeat monsters, find random loot to help you beat stronger monsters, rinse and repeat. TL;DR? This game is very fun.

Great game! Now With Cross Play!
I backed this game on Kickstarter and after all these years I still play weekly. The dev team has been actively updating their game with patches and fixes regularly. The MOD community is active with some great tools and alternate game modes. The differing builds are so diverse that not everyone will play it the game the same way as you. My only beef is that at higher levels 70+ even ranged builds need to be able to tank, so even if your build is ranged enemies still get in melee range.

Love it
I have already played 500 hours and started using mod classes 100 hours ago. Does it anything different than other ARPGs? Not really. But for some reason I can start the first level over and over again with different characters and I've not become bored yet. The thing that bothers me the most is the presentation of the story - two short cutscenes and the rest in text is ... well, okay, but not more. On the other end it is a long game if you do all sidequests - a nice thing nowadays. The speakers are good, the sidequests nice, the monster variety what I expect in an ARPG. Since I was disappointed with Diablo 3 and Wolcen, I'll probably still be playing this for a while. I'm not complaining.

Great Game
I heard a lot of people talk about it, and when I saw it on sale, I had to get it and try it. Once I started playing, I completely stopped playing Diablo 3. The large amount of gear affixes and skill tree reminds me of Diablo 2. Grim Dawn is what you get when you take all 3 Diablo games, Torchlight 1 and 2, and Path of Exile, put them in a blender, let the crappy parts float to the top, skim that off, set in a Victorian age, and enjoy. I love how you can easily transfer items between your characters. The ability to choose 2 specs, makes for a large verity. The only downside, to me, is the large amount of crafting mats.
